Description
This house is a newly built single family house – built in 2012 – with a small swimming pool on the terrace. Although there is no view of the ocean from the house, this is compensated by its beautiful and modern atmosphere and the small pool in the garden.
The living room is bright and friendly and equipped with modern furniture. The kitchen is integrated into the living space in an open way, whereby the dining area with the dining table connects these two areas. One can access the terrace directly from the living space through large glass sliding doors.
The house also has a bathroom with a shower bath as well as two bedrooms, so that up to four persons can live here. There is yet another large room in the basement, but except for a sofa it is not furnished. The sea is about 300 meters away by foot and at about the same distance you will find the supermarket and the restaurants in town.
Bedlinen and towels are available and will be changed every week. We can arrange for you the transfer to and from the airport or as well organize the car rental for you.

nachdem wir wieder wohlbehalten im kalten Deutschland angekommen sind, möchte ich Ihnen ein großes Lob aussprechen! Es hat uns super gut gefallen auf Lanzarote was u.a. der tollen Unterkunft und guten Organisation geschuldet ist! Es ist alles super sauber und gepflegt. Sogar der ‚Poolboy‘ kam täglich zur Reinigung. Es ist alles perfekt organisiert. Vom Leihwagen bis zur Begrüßung. Auch Ihre zur Verfügung gestellten Unterlagen per Mail sind sehr hilfreich. Weiter so! Geben Sie unser Lob bitte an alle Beteiligten weiter (Vermieter, ‚Putzfrau‘ - besser gesagt Putzpaar, Armin und dem Poolboy‘) Ich denke, es wird nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt auf Lanzarote gewesen sein! Just a quick email to say thank you for providing Casa Perla for our holiday. We had a great holiday in Charco de Palo and everything was so much easier because the Casa was beautifully clean and modern. It contained everything we needed for our holiday and the handover process was easy. We spoke nearly every day to Jose and Rosa Bella and they were so friendly and helpful. We tried to pass on our sincere thanks when we left but sadly we are not sure whether they fully understood us. So could you please take the time to thank them and we hope to see them again in the future. I can assure you that provided Casa Perla is available in the future we will be booking a holiday with you again. Next year we are due to visit our son and his family in Australia so we hope to book with you again in 2018. Best wishes and once again thank you for all your help.
