This bungalow is also located in the so-called Urbanisation Famara, on top of the mountain, with a great view past the private swimming pool to Famara Beach and the ocean.
The house is divided into two parts, one being the original Famara bungalow, which has been expanded with a new section. Each of the two parts of the building has an entrance of its own and both parts have a bedroom with a bathroom of its own. In addition, there is of course a living room with a winter garden and a kitchen.
Adjoining the terrace of the bungalow you will find the swimming pool with a length of 8 meters, rounding off the ensemble on the 1300 sq.m. property.
The distance to the beach is approx. 300 meters and even though this part of Famara Beach is not a „legal“ naturist beach it is expressly tolerated to be there naked. Caution: often you will find the red flags waving on the beach, they are warning signals of the dangerous current. Always keep contact with the ground when bathing! To the small village Caleta de Famara with restaurants, bars and supermarkets you only have to go 15 minutes or 3 minutes by car. But as well in the „Norwegian Settlement“ itself there is a supermarket and a restaurant, only 5 minutes to go.
Bed linen and towels will be provided. Weekly bed linen and towel exchange if desired. We can organize either the transfer from/to the airport or as well the car rental.
