In the so-called Casita Luz complex, four of the nine bungalows were completely renovated in late summer 2017 and are now equipped with new and elegant furniture. During the improvements it was important for the new owner, to ensure that every bungalow is designed differently. These bungalows now shine in a new light! The complex includes nine units (although not all are available for rent) grouped around a shared swimming pool. It takes 4 minutes to walk to the nearest bathing area at the ocean and the small Centro Comercial with its supermarket and restaurants are equally far away.
The living spaces are friendly and light and thus really live up to the name of these bungalows. They are furnished with new and modern furniture, giving the rooms a pleasant atmosphere. With their double beds, the two bedrooms provide space for up to four persons. The beds of these two bedrooms can either be furnished as a king-size bed with a continuous viscoelastic mattress on top, or separately as two single beds each with 90cm, just as you desire. The living room has a comfortable suite and a dining table for four persons, and of course there is satellite TV. In the white, tiled bathroom there is a sink, a toilet and newly now a large shower. The kitchen, which is open to the living room, is equipped with everything one can desire during one’s vacation, including a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffe machine, etc...
Both in front of and behind each bungalow there is a terrace, so that one always can find a pleasant place to relax. The community terrace, which adjoins the pool, also invites you to sunbathe.
Bedlinen and towels are available and will be changed every week. We can arrange for you the transfer to and from the airport or as well organize the car rental for you.

Laura and I would just like to say what a fantastic honeymoon we have had whilst staying in Charco Del Palo. The apartment was just amazing and we couldn’t of asked for anything more. Wir haben 2 wunderschoene Wochen auf Lanzarote in Charco del Palo erlebt und zwar im Reihenhaeuschen *Casita Luz*, genauer in der *Casa Luz* B3. Wir haben etliche Wanderungen auf den Klippen und auf Berge in verschiedenen Regionen gemacht und uns immer sehr wohl gefuehlt in diesem *kleinen, aber feinen* Haeuschen, sehr ansprechend und gut ausgestattet und gleich beim Pool. Lagebedingt konnten wir immer von der Sonne profitieren.
Da wir insgesamt einen herrlichen Urlaub erleben durften, danken wir auch Ihnen fuer die sehr angenehmen Kontakte, die wir mit Ihnen in der Planungszeit hatten, und die Einfuehrung durch Herrn Graner.
Ziemlich sicher werden wir wieder kommen, ganz besonders, wenn wir die Gewissheit haben, eben dieses Haeuschen wieder zu erhalten.

(Aufenthalt in Casita Luz) normalerweise melden sich die Kunden immer nur wenn es was zu meckern gibt, wir brechen mal die Norm. Es hat uns super gut gefallen. Angefangen von dem Empfang am Flughafen durch die Autovermietung, die Wohnungs?bergabe und die Sauberkeit des Hauses. Da gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Die Woche Urlaub war wundersch?n, die Leute alle unheimlich nett, das Essen spitze und g?nstig, das Wetter perfekt. Stayed at Casita Luz. Bungalow and pool wonderful. Peaceful location but near to shop, restaurants and bars. Alexander was helpful and charming and Diane and Derek were amazing. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone. One warning: be extremely careful around rock pools!!!!!!

Stayed at Casita Luz. Bungalow and pool wonderful. Peaceful location but near to shop, restaurants and bars. Alexander was helpful and charming and Diane and Derek were amazing. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone. One warning: be extremely careful around rock pools!!!!!!
